Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2174 Hewell Road, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2174 Hewell Road; Closure Phase 1: from its junction with U23219 Orchard Croft for a distance of 91 metres in a southerly direction.

Closure Phase 2:  from its junction with B4120 Bittel Road to its junction with Poplar Drive.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4120 Bittell Road, U23221 Bittell Lane, C2161 Sandhills Road, C2174 Hewell Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 months.  Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 7 August 2023
